UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping:
This applies to all orders under 96 inches in width or length shipping to an address in the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. If it travels by UPS or FedEx then shipping is FREE! Please call us for shipping quotes outside the covered area.
Oversize Products Shipping Fee:
If your package is 96 inches or over in width or length it will be shipped by common carrier (semi truck) from the nearest manufacturing facility to you. There will be oversize shipping charges for any order with products that are 96 inches or more in width or length. The fee is per order, not per blind.
Shipping Fees and Policies
Shipping fees for most of our products are included in the price of the product. These are included for shipments via regular transit, at our discretion, are to the contiguous 48 States of the USA. Shipments to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional surcharge, are calculated based on multiple different criteria such as weight, size, insurance, destination, price and shipping method. To calculate your shipping fees, please add your items into your shopping cart and complete your purchase. After that time, email us with your order confirmation and we will send you a request for the additional freight that would be required. If you prefer, forward to us your desired products and their sizes, before you order, and we can inform you in advance of the freight additional charges. These may change if you change your order, however, or delay too long. Due to price fluctuation on products, Blinds4Home.com cannot offer price protection on products.
Blinds4home.com will always make every attempt possible to deliver product (s) ordered on time. Blinds4Home is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers, acts of God, product backorders or other production delays. Blinds4Home bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: Weather storms, Employee Strikes or any other complications Caused on behalf of our affiliated shipping carriers.
Return Policy/Procedures
Because all of our products are custom manufactured and are not usable for any other window or customer, we do not accept any returns or cancellations for any purpose. Should you need to make a change or a cancellation, the cancellation period is within 24 hours of your purchase. After that time, we can try to stop the order, but we cannot be sure of stopping before products are cut or assembled.
We do have an Oops policy, however, which may be useful for you to consider.

If you ordered the wrong color, contact us to discuss possibilities to change or replace some parts. Typically we would all of our products are custom manufactured and are not usable for any other window or customer, we do not accept any returns or cancellations for any purpose.
If you ordered the wrong size, we may still be able to help. Let us know what happened, and we will see how we can help.
This policy does not mean that you will have a free or discounted replacement, or return. It means that we will work the hardest to resolve your problems with the goal of 100% Satisfaction for you.
